The Franco Festival Calgary is a multicultural francophone event celebrating diverse cultural expressions, and DCT Design Company & Technology made a vibrant appearance at the festival. Their booth showcased a fusion of African-inspired fashion, accessories, interior design, and graphic design, highlighting creativity and craftsmanship.

Visitors engaged with colorful clothing, unique accessories, and artistic designs, all under the theme “Y NOT AFRICA?”, promoting cultural appreciation and innovation. The festival provided a platform for DCT Design to connect with the community, share their expertise, and celebrate artistic diversity.

Ethnik Festivals of Art & Culture 2025

Ethnik Festivals of Arts and Culture was held in the Genesis Centre at Calgary.

It was an occasion of celebration for artists from across Alberta. A great event with some opportunities to showcase art, talent, creativity and culture. Different vendors were invited to participate and share their work and realization to the community and audience invited.

Dance, music and others talents such as Afro- Caribbean-Indian musicians were performed to entertain the day. Hair and Skin care vendors, Food businesses, Home Interior Designers and Fashion Designers had the opportunity to meet with the different invitees and sell their products at the same time and share their ideas and experiences. It was a pleasure participating in this event where culture was remarkably diverse and unique.

Inclusion which is part of our community was also a key element of this event. Stay tuned for more events coming soon!
